    EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

    Can I exchange a purchased item?

    Download the appropriate form from the Exchange and Returns tab in the footer. Then fill in the appropriate form and send it along with the proof of purchase and the item you wish to exchange. Remember that you have 14 days from the date of delivery of the item and that you can exchange only those items that do not bear the marks of use. 

    How to make a return?

    Download the appropriate form from the Returns tab in the footer. Then fill in the appropriate form and send it along with the proof of purchase and the item you would like to return. Keep in mind that on return items you have 14 days from the date of delivery and that you can return only those things that do not show physical signs of use.  

    GENERAL

    Do I need to register to place an order?

    Order can be made without registration. Having your own account at LEMME.com gives you access to more features. If you sign up, you can create a list of products you like, keep your shopping history, and save your data for future purchases. You can always check your current shipping status.  

    I forgot my password. What to do?

    Just press the "Forgot password" link located under the login frame in the "Login" tab and then follow the instructions. 


    How to choose the right size?

    Nothing easier. The measurements of each garment are given below. Just measure yourself and compare your measurements to those given under your clothing description.  

    What are cookies? Are they safe?

    Cookies are text files that are stored on your computer when you browse the web. These files contain information about the content being viewed and can be read by the page on the next visit. Some files are necessarily for the functioning of the site. Others may be useful to the user by securely preserving the login and preferences. Cookies are used to eliminate the display of one content at a time. Remember that you can remove or disable them whenever you want through your web browser.     What is a tag and what is it for?

    Tag is a word or unbroken string preceded by a # character. You can tag everything you want to describe - photos, situations, etc. Just click on facebook and instagram #lemmepl and we - after entering this tag into the search engine, we will find them and add to the Social Feed.

    What payments are accepted in LEMME?

    We take care of your convenience, so we offer you the following payment options: bank transfer and bank transfer via payment services such as Tpay and PayPal.

    How long will I wait for my shipment?

    It depends on the country to which the shipment is to be shipped. On the territory of Poland, the delivery time of most products is expected to be 2 working days from the entry of money in the account, but if it is to be extended, we will inform you about it.

    Can I pick up the item in person?

    Do you send shipments abroad?

    If your package has not yet been shipped, you can add another product to your order by making another purchase. To be sure that this operation is successful, please contact us at +48794030017.

    What can I do to change my order?

    Contact us directly at +48794030017 if the package has not yet been shipped to you, we will make changes to your order.

    Can I track my shipment?

    Yes you can. After sending the parcel you will receive the shipment number and the information which company makes the shipment (Poczta Polska, UPS, FEDEX). You can monitor your shipment by typing the parcel number on the mail or courier.
